The bedwetting shop Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. It does NOT cover Batteries, Sensors, Bed-Mats,Straps, water flooding or damage caused by misuse.

Returns policy:

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns requiring a refund.

The bedwetting shop provides quality products and excellent service. However, if for any reason goods are to be returned to The bedwetting shop, contact must be made via email info@thebedwettingshop.com.au, phone or by filling out the returns form on the website prior to returning the goods to explain the reason. A return number will then be given to you which must accompany the goods along with the original order details. Goods must be returned by using your own courier/postal service. REGISTERED POST IS ADVISABLE to ensure that the items are signed for on delivery.  Upon reciept and inspection of the goods we will confirm the reciept of the goods to you along with the details of our investigation.

Overseas/international returns:

International customers must contact us in the same way as domestic customers. Postage must be paid by the customer- and postage (back to you- the customer) must be pre paid at the appropriate rate.

We suggest that any return is mailed by at least registered post or equal qualility courier and this must be at your expense.
